Rakhi Sawant has landed in legal trouble for her recent press conference where she allegedly used objectionable language and content. This FIR, which has been filed by Sherlyn Chopra, also names Rakhi’s lawyer. According to a news agency, Sherlyn and Rakhi have both filed FIRs against each other.
“FIR registered against actress Rakhi Sawant & adv Falguni Brahmbhatt under multiple sections of IPC & IT Act on complaint of an actress. The complainant alleges that the 2 showed an objectionable video of her during a press conference & used objectionable language: Mumbai Police,” ANI had tweeted. This case has surfaced after Rakhi, along with the Lawyer, displayed alleged p**n videos of Sherlyn Chopra.
Rakhi Sawant has also filed an FIR against Sherlyn Chopra. In her complaint, Rakhi has stated that Sherlyn accused her for having multiple boyfriends in a video posted by the latter. Rakhi has told the cops that Sherlyn made objectionable remarks against her and used abusive language. Previously, Rakhi had filed a defamation case against Sherlyn Chopra. Both the actresses have been at loggerheards since a while now.
