for a motorcylist like me is that I have cars and I have eight

motorcycles

, but all of my

bikes

will clock more kms than my cars in winter. There is no Sunday when I don’t ride my motorcycle. If I’m alone and I have to go anywhere it has to be on a motorcycle. I'm guess I'm obsessed with bikes.”

gangSince smog and packed roads can play spoilsport, when is the best time to ride, we ask? “In Mumbai, the best time to ride is either evening or in the morning. There’s no day when I don’t ride my bike,” he states, adding, “My friends and I go on highway rides which are risk clear, because I am into sports mainly and as compared to ones for cruising and touring, sports bikes are a little aggressive in terms of riding and are also less comfortable.”
Freddy and the other bikers have a few favourite spots. He shares, “We ride from Mumbai to Charoti on Sundays during winter, which is a three to four-hour trail. So, we leave at six am and return by about 11 am. At Charoti we all do a halt, have breakfast share a good conversation, some laughs and and are back by 11 am. Since we have to wear all the gear, winter also becomes an apt time for us, as we don’t feel so hot when we layer up. For me, I love it as it's such a beautiful time to ride."
