He also highlighted that Govinda’s actions were purely instinctive and motivated by self-defense, insisting that the actor did nothing wrong.

A day after Govinda was admitted to the hospital following an accidental self-inflicted gunshot, the Juhu Police questioned him as part of routine procedure. Police sources mentioned that there is currently no evidence suggesting foul play, though additional questioning may take place. The Mumbai Crime Branch has also launched a parallel investigation. According to PTI, a team led by senior police inspector Daya Nayak visited Govinda at the hospital to piece together the incident. The actor explained that his revolver accidentally slipped from his hand and went off, injuring his leg.
