Hansal Mehta wraps up 'Aligarh'

Director Hansal Mehta's Aligarh has just finished principal photography. The film stars Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkummar Rao in the lead and is loosely based on a real life incident.
A source says, "The shooting for Aligarh started in end-January' this year in Bareilly and it was wrapped up in Mumbai last week. The film has also been shot in Delhi and Allahabad. Manoj Bajpayee used to crack everyone up with his jokes and Rajkummar Rao's camaraderie with Hansal, with whom he has earlier worked in Shahid and Citylights, helped everyone relax."

Hansal says, "When you say'cut' for the last time, you feel so empty inside.Aligarh has been a very special experience for all of us and we will cherish the process forever."
