Harshvardhan Rane has been delivering back-to-back hits at the box office. And now, the actor has not just one but two humble abodes in Mumbai. Reportedly, Rane has bought two lavish properties in the Madh Island area of Mumbai.
He wrote on the picture, "Took me 10 years in Mumbai to reach this biometric counter! This city is kind (sic)."
Meanwhile, this comes after Harshvardhan Rane delivered two big hits at the box office. The first was the re-release of his cult film ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’, and the 2nd is his latest film, ‘Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat’.
The actor likes to keep it simple, and hence, he never made a big display of his personal wins; this is something that he seems genuinely proud of.
In an Instagram post, Rane and Milap Zaveri confirmed that they will be collaborating once again after 'Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat'.
The film has earned Rs 78 crore at the box office, according to the Sacnilk report. Directed by Milap Zaveri, the film also starred Sonam Bajwa as the female lead. The movie was released in theaters on October 21, 2025.

As per the report, the two apartments are located away from the hustle-bustle of the city, which is how the actor likes it. Rane has mentioned the place multiple times in his previous interviews. On Thursday, the actor took to the Stories section of his Instagram and shared a picture of himself undergoing a biometric process, presumably for house registration.He wrote on the picture, "Took me 10 years in Mumbai to reach this biometric counter!
