Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s highly anticipated OTT debut, ‘Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar’, will be released on May 1 on Netflix. It features Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh, and Sharmin Segal in key roles. Set against the backdrop of the Indian independence movement in Lahore.

The Malayalam survival thriller, ‘Manjummel Boys’, released in theaters on February 22, became one of the highest-grossing films in 2024. It crossed Rs 250 crore at the box office and garnered critical acclaim. The film, directed by Chidambaram S Poduval, features Soubin Shahir, Sreenath Bhasi, Balu Varghese, Ganapathi S. Poduval, Lal Jr., Deepak Parambol, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Arun Kurian, Khalid Rahman, Chandu Salimkumar, Shebin Benson, and Vishnu Reghu in key roles. It will be streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar from May 5.

The American romantic comedy ‘The Idea of You’, directed by Michael Showalter, will be available on Amazon Prime Video starting May 2. It stars Anne Hathaway and Nicholas Galitzine in the main roles.

‘Bridgerton Season 3’ will be released by Netflix in two parts. The first four episodes will be out on May 16, and the next four on June 13. Created by Chris Van Dusen, the series is based on the book series by Julia Quinn.

Directed by Vikas Bahl, ‘Shaitaan’ is a Hindi horror supernatural movie starring Ajay Devgn, R. Madhavan, Jyothika, Janki Bodiwala, and Anngad Raaj in main roles. It was released in theaters on March 8 and will make its OTT debut on May 3 on Netflix.

‘Madgaon Express’ is a Hindi comedy drama directed by Kunal Khemu in his directorial debut.
