In a candid interview with The Week, Taha recounted a pivotal moment in his career when he literally ran after filmmaker Karan Johar’s car. This bold move came after the release of his debut film ‘Luv Ka The End’ with Shraddha Kapoor. Eager to seize new opportunities, Taha chased down Karan Johar’s car on the street, an act of desperation and determination that ultimately paid off. His persistence impressed Karan Johar, leading to an exchange of contact information and eventually an audition for the film ‘Gippi.’

Taha’s early career included roles in ‘Luv Ka The End’ and ‘Gippi’ but these projects didn’t bring him significant recognition. It wasn’t until his performances in the web series ‘Taj’ and later in ‘Heeramandi’ that he became a notable name in the industry. His portrayal of Tajdar Baloch in ‘Heeramandi’ has earned him considerable acclaim and marked a turning point in his career.

Reflecting on his journey, Taha acknowledged the difficulties he faced when roles were scarce. However, he never considered quitting the film industry.
