and is overwhelmed to see the best results as she feels that it has made her flexible and fitter than ever before.

Apart from Pilates, Esha is also into weight training, as well as

dance

to maintain a toned body for her next film. Esha says, 'Pilates is like doing

intense yoga

. It involves immense usage of the core. I do weights to build muscles, while dancing keeps my body toned, as it makes for a great cardio workout.'

'Whenever I get some time, I try and fit in all the exercises. So, I always carry my ankle weights, yoga mat and dumbbells with me. I'm on a gluten-free vegetarian diet. I don't drink or smoke. Occasionally, I enjoy a glass of red wine, but I have not had one for the last eight months now,' she affirms.
