Ranbir Kapoor and
Alia Bhatt are all set to get married in the coming weekend. The wedding festivities will begin on April 13th. We hear that the ceremony will be an intimate affair with close friends and family in attendance.
Now, talking to Pinkvilla about the wedding, Alia's cousin
Smilie Suri
said that she is very happy. She added that Ranbir is a nice guy and Alia deserves the best in life. She went on to say that they make an amazing pair.
For the unversed, Smilie had marked her debut in
Bollywood
in Mohit Suri's 2005 film 'Kalyug' with Kunal Kemmu.
Meanwhile, RK and Alia have been tight-lipped about the wedding but the preparations are in full swing.
While speaking to the
Bombay Times earlier, Alia Bhatt’s uncle and writer
Robin Bhatt shared, "I am happy that Alia is getting married. As her uncle, I just wish that my niece and Ranbir live a happy life together. Alia is getting married to Ranbir at RK House where
Rishi Kapoor too got married and I remember I was a part of that wedding as well."
