From Hrithik Roshan’s Rs 97 crore Mumbai apartment to Prabhas’ Rs 60 crore farmhouse, Priyanka Chopra’s USD 20 million Los Angeles love nest, here’s a look at some of the most expensive celebrity homes.

Besides having films in the 100-crore club, Hrithik Roshan recently made jaws drop when he purchased two apartments worth nearly Rs 100 crore. Spread over three floors on Mumbai's Juhu-Versova Link Road, the actor is reportedly planning on integrating the two apartments for a ‘mansion-in-the-air’.

The actor splurged Rs 67.50 crore on a duplex apartment spread over 27,534.85 sq ft on the 15th and 16th floors and has also acquired a flat covering 11,165 sq ft on the 14th floor for Rs 30 crore. His swanky new pad came with a price tag of Rs 97.50 crore, besides a stamp duty of Rs 1.95 crore for the registration of the apartments.

When not shooting for his money-spinning blockbusters, Prabhas is rarely seen out in public. That may be because the star is very comfortable in his luxurious Hyderabad farmhouse, which costs a staggering Rs 60 crores. The big purchase features a sprawling garden, swimming pool, in-house gym and a play area among other such amenities. Earlier this year, he gave a glimpse of the backyard of his house, when he planted saplings at his home as part of the Green India Challenge.

Alia Bhatt enjoyed her time at boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor’s home so much during the lockdown, that she has gone ahead and even purchased a flat in the same building. Social media was abuzz with reports that the actress got herself a swanky new apartment in Bandra, measuring 2460 sq ft for a sum of Rs 32 crore. It is said that Alia purchased a flat on the fifth floor, while her beau and now neighbour, Ranbir lives on the seventh floor. This new buy comes amidst rumours of an impending wedding announcement.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput are all set to make new beginnings. The couple made headlines when news of their big purchase became public. The couple reportedly shelled out big bucks to buy a spacious duplex apartment in Worli, Mumbai. Shahid purchased the flat for an estimated Rs 56 crore and paid Rs 2.91 crore as stamp duty for its registration. The actor reportedly made the ‘investment’ to meet the needs of his family and so that his two growing kids have enough room to run around. The house will be made a little more homely with Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan designing the interiors and decorating the place according to the star’s liking.

Kangana Ranaut’s swanky Mumbai home-office has been in the news for the wrong reasons of late. However, you can’t deny that it is one hot piece of property to own in the big city. The actress chased her dreams and purchased the sprawling bungalow in the posh locality of Pali Hill, Mumbai, at an estimated cost of Rs 48 crore. Ranaut reportedly purchased the structure and revamped it to her taste and liking as she set up shop for her new production house, Manikarnika Films.

Priyanka Chopra and her husband Nick Jonas rocked the real estate world when they purchased a mansion worth USD 20 million in Los Angeles. The couple shifted base to the stately residence, where they have been spending the lockdown with their three pooches. The house sprawls over three acres and overlooks the hills. The interiors boast of a two-lane bowling alley, a mirror-walled gymnasium, a wet bar, a movie theatre with a screen of IMAX proportions, and an indoor basketball court.
