Hrithik Roshan's grandmother Padma Rani OmPrakash passes away

Actor Hrithik Roshan's maternal grandfather, filmmaker J Om Prakash's wife Padma Rani Omprakash has passed away. She was 91 and bed-ridden. Due to age-related issues, Hrithik's grandmother succumbed to death. She was staying with the Roshan family since the last two years as she was not doing well. She left for the heavenly abode at 3 am today.

J Om Prakash had produced films like 'Aas Ka Panchhi', 'Ayee Milan Ki Bela', 'Aaye Din Bahar Ke', 'Aya Sawan Jhoom Ke', 'Aankhon Aankhon Mein' and 'Aakhir Kyun'. He died on August 07, 2019, at the age of 93.

Amitabh Bachchan had mourned his demise by tweeting, "T 3251 - J OM PRAKASH ji Producer Director of eminence, passed away this morning .. a kind gentle affable being .. my neighbor, Hrithik's grandfather .. sad !! Prayers for his soul .. ��"
