Ibrahim Ali Khan recalls Saif Ali Khan’s 'SCARY' stabbing incident; seeing his father on the hospital bed made him weep

When everyone was still in the hangover of the New Year's celebrations, the Pataudi family was facing the nightmare of a lifetime. On January 16, 2025, an intruder broke into Saif Ali Khan’s house, and as the ‘Chote Nawab’ tried to safeguard his family, he was stabbed multiple times. Remembering the incident gives the Khan family shivers to date. Saif Ali Khan’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan recently opened up about the whole episode, and for the first time, he revealed shocking details about the whole incident.

“That’s a very scary feeling,” Ibrahim Ali Khan

When the tragic event unfolded, Ibrahim Ali Khan was away from home. He was doing a night shift shooting, and thus, he got the know about the whole thing a couple of hours later. “I was shooting a night shift. He was stabbed around 2:30 am, and I was informed at 5:30 am. I hadn’t slept that night, and I rushed to see him,” said Ibrahim.

He continued that when he reached, Saif had just come out of the ICU after his surgery. “He opened his eyes, spoke to Sara for a bit, and asked for me. I was so happy; I said, ‘I’m right here, Dad.’ And then he said, “If you were there, you would’ve beaten that guy up.” That made me weep,” shared the ‘Nadaaniyan’ actor.



“I wish I had been there. At one point, when I heard he got stabbed, I started to think of the worst-case scenario. That’s a very scary feeling.”

Further clarifying on multiple reports that said Ibrahim was the one to take his father to the hospital, Khan said, “To everyone saying I drove him to the hospital with my baby brother, I would like to clarify that my dad walked into the hospital himself. He walked in with a knife stuck in him and said, ‘I need help.’”

As they say that the show must go on. As soon as Saif Ali Khan started feeling better, he didn’t waste a minute and resumed work. He was seen promoting his last heist thriller, ‘Jewel Thief,’ with the sling around his arm.
