'Ikkis': Sunny Deol posts video of Dharmendra urging not just Indians but also Pakistanis to watch the drama starring Agastya Nanda
Dharmendra's last film, 'Ikkis', is all set for release in theaters. And now, his son, actor Sunny Deol, has urged everyone to step out and watch the movie in cinemas. What's interesting about his post is that the actor not only requested the Indians but also the people of Pakistan to watch the film. Take a look at the post here.
Dharmendra further shared in the clip, "I think India and Pakistan both should see the film. I'm a bit happily sad today, the last day of shooting. I love you all; if I made any mistake, please forgive me."
Along with the video, Sunny Deol wrote, "A smile that lit up the darkness. Generosity without limits. Love for my papa is deeply rooted in our hearts. He has blessed us with his final film, 'Ikkis'. Let’s celebrate him in movie halls this New Year."
Amitabh Bachchan's grandson, Agastya Nanda, will be making his big-screen debut with the film. Apart from Dharmendra and Agastya, the film also features Jaideep Ahlawat in a key role.
The movie was set to hit theaters on December 25, 2025. However, the makers pushed the release date considering the box office rampage of Ranveer Singh's 'Dhurandhar'. Now, the movie has been scheduled to arrive in cinemas on January 1, 2026.

Sunny Deol's emotional post requesting everyone to watch 'Ikkis'
On Saturday, Sunny Deol took to his Instagram account to share a BTS video from the sets of the film 'Ikkis'. In the video, the late cinema legend can be seen saying, "I'm extremely happy to be in the Maddock films. The team, the captain, Sriram ji. It was done in a very nice way."Dharmendra further shared in the clip, "I think India and Pakistan both should see the film. I'm a bit happily sad today, the last day of shooting.
