In an interview with a YouTube channel, the actress shared a story about how Salman once pranked her before a scene, jokingly warning her that if she hit him even slightly, he would cause a commotion. This made her quite nervous, and her hands trembled when it was time to slap him. Despite the initial fear, she found him to be a wonderful person, and working with him felt comfortable, as if she weren’t working with a superstar. He definitely has a playful side.

The film was released in 2003, following Salman Khan's turbulent period marked by serious allegations in a hit-and-run case and his breakup with Aishwarya Rai. In a recent interview, Ravi Kishan, who played a priest in the film, noted that Salman was often “moody” on set, likely due to the intensity of his character, Radhe. Kishan emphasized that he respected Salman's space while filming, as the director, Satish Kaushik, aimed for a deep portrayal of the character.

Tere Naam, directed by Satish Kaushik and released in 2003, stars Salman Khan and marks Bhumika Chawla's Hindi cinema debut. The film is a remake of the Tamil movie Sethu and tells the story of Radhe Mohan, a tough yet caring man who falls for Nirjara, the daughter of a poor temple priest. Despite his rough demeanor, Radhe often fights against injustice, showcasing a deep sense of compassion.
