The actor reportedly bought the property around a year ago and has since spoken about the ease and familiarity that draw him back. For Saif, the appeal lies in how instantly the space puts him at ease. “I am relaxed already,” he remarked, capturing the feeling he associates with returning to the apartment. He also highlighted the sense of seclusion it offers, describing it as “peaceful, luxurious, and very private,” suggesting that privacy and calm were central to his decision.
