Saba Qamar recently remembered that late actor.
According to Saba, Irrfan was a gem of a person. The actress said that she had a lot of fun working with him. She also learnt a lot from the ace actor.
Saba also revealed that she regrets not keeping in touch with Irrfan. After the film when his health deteriorated, the actress kept thinking that she would call him but that did not happen. She was busy with shooting and travelling. Saba said that then one day she heard about him and was devastated.
The actress realised that one should avail the time they have, because that time never comes back. If you want to apologise to someone, or express your love then just do it, as that moment won’t come back.
Irrfan passed away on April 29, 2020 after a long battle with
cancer
. He is survived by his wife
Sutapa Sikdar
and two sons – Babil and Ayaan. He was last seen in ‘Angrezi Medium’. The film also starred Radhika Madan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Pankaj Tripathi and others in key roles.
