Jaya Bachchan dances with Amitabh Bachchan in unseen PICS from Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai's wedding, the couple holds hand and smiles wide
Social media is sometimes filled with throwback pictures with go viral and in one such moment, now one sees some throwback moments from Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai's wedding. The couple had an intimate ceremony at the Bachchan home with only their close friends and family in attendance. As some pictures from the wedding have gone viral, netizens cannot stop gushing over these wonderful moments.
One picture which steals the show amidst these is the one where Jaya Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan are dancing while the bride and groom are sitting, holding hands and smiling wide looking at them. Amitabh Bachchan is seen with his arm wrapped around Jaya Bachchan’s waist as the two sway together. The love and respect in their eyes is quite visible for the elders who are making it special for them.
The collection also includes several images of Aishwarya immersed in traditional wedding rituals alongside Abhishek. In a few frames from her Mehendi ceremony, she is seen proudly showing off her henna-adorned hands. Another memorable photo features Amitabh dancing with his daughter, Shweta Bachchan, clearly enjoying the celebrations.
Many months after their wedding, Abhishek and Aishwarya appeared on 'Koffee With Karan', they were asked about some industry people being upset about not being invited. Shatrughan Sinha had also returned the sweets which were sent to him. Reacting to it, Abhishek revealed that his grandmother Teji Bachchan, had been critically ill at the time, which led the family to opt for a small, intimate ceremony. “Very honestly, people are forgetting a very, very major reason why our family wanted to keep it very intimate,” Abhishek said. “There was an ailing grandmother at the hospital, and my father said, ‘You know, we do not feel good about going out there and having a big celebration,'” he added.
