Kajol shares the importance of building friendly bond with children
Kajol admitted that forging a friendship with one’s children is not always instinctive for mothers. “Being friends with kids doesn’t come naturally to mothers because we devote ourselves to being mothers. We have to try hard to be friends with kids, have those uncomfortable conversations with them, and carry those uncomfortable feelings with us,” she shared.
The 'Do Patti' actress is committed to creating a space where her children feel safe and heard. She added that she is also a non-judgemental person when it comes to her kids. When asked whether her children speak to her about relationships, she replied, “I hope they can tell me that. My son is young, but my daughter definitely – we do have those conversations.”
