Kangana Ranaut shows off painting by Padmashree recipient Vijay Sharma that she added to her collection

Kangana Ranaut became the owner of a stunning Kangra painting, created by artist Vijay Sharma.
The actress, in her social media post, revealed the gorgeous canvas artwork that will adorn her home interiors. "This painting is the ancient art of Himachal Pradesh, it's called Kangra painting, the artist is Padmashri recipient Shri Vijay Chambyal... soon this painting will grace my living room."
The actress gave fans a good look at the piece and the painter who paused his work for the picture.According to reports, Vijay Sharma was honoured by the government of India in 2012 with the fourth highest civilian award - Padam Shree. He also received the Himachal Pradesh state award in 1980 for his ragamala paintings. He has been awarded an honorary doctorate by Himachal Pradesh University.
On the work front, Kangana is dusting off the failure of her film 'Dhaakad' and is ready to move on to her next film, 'Tejas', that will see her play the role of an airforce pilot. She also has her film titled 'Emergency' currently in the works. The actress will essay the role of former Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi in the movie.
