Actor Karan Aanand, who was last seen in the film '

Lupt

', is all set for his next. He has been signed on for the Govinda-starrer '

Rangeela Raja

'. He shares, "I am playing Yuvraj Singh, who is an honest and confident IAS officer. What's interesting, is that the character is different from my previous roles - whether it is the simple-boy that I played in 'Lupt', the negative role that I had in 'Baby' or even that of an underprivileged man in 'Kick'. This role is of a dashing and confident officer. He will have a direct conflict with Govinda. I have a lot of scenes with him, something that I am excited about since he is among the best actors in Bollywood. I had a great time working with him, as he is entertainer number one in a true sense. Working with such a wonderful actor enhanced my performance, too."

While Karan dreams of working with renowned actors and wishes to be recognised for his work in the industry, he derives inspiration from the mega star, Amitabh Bachchan. He says, "My only inspiration is Mr Amitabh Bachchan, who is a role model for every actor of our generation. I will feel extremely fortunate if I'm able to achieve even 10 per cent of what he has. Both of us are from Allahabad and I wish to share screen space with him even if I have a minuscule role while doing so."
