Karisma Kapoor REVEALS Salman Khan set up huge buffets for crew; 'Battle Of Galwan' actor's sets feel like festivals

Karisma Kapoor shared a very sweet and fun memory from her old shooting days. During MasterChef India episode, she spoke about how Salman Khan always made sure everyone on the set was happy and well fed.Karishma said this while she was talking to Chef Kunal Kapur during a fun food conversation. Chef Kunal asked her in a simple curious way, “Do you remember any special food moment while shooting?” This question made Karisma smile and she remembered one clear moment from the past. Karisma said, “Salman used to set up a buffet outside the van for the entire team including cast and crew of the specific movie and it would be a feast.” She explained that it was not a small thing. It was a big buffet with many dishes. It was for everyone. Nobody had to feel shy or left out. People could enjoy good food with no stress. Karisma said it always felt like a warm moment because Salman did it out of care.Karisma also remembered something funny about filmmaker David Dhawan. She said, “He would go to everybody and say, I am on a diet, but I’ll eat one bite, and that way he would go into eat everything in the spread.”Salman Khan is well known for taking care of his film crews. People have often spoken about how he makes sure everyone on set gets free and good food. It is his simple rule. There is no class difference. Everyone eats the same food. Everyone feels equal and respected. Karisma talking about the buffet shows this side of him again. It shows the same nature he has carried for many years.Karisma’s story also reminded many people of something Salman did in 2021. When the second wave of the pandemic was very bad, he started sending food packets to people in need. He began a new effort called the ‘Being Hangry’ food truck. The food was made at the ‘Bhaijaanz Kitchen’ in Bandra. The truck would go out every day to give food to people who were struggling.
