The internet was blown away with speculations about Kartik Aaryan's rumoured relationship with a mystery girl after a Reddit post suggested it. This mystery girl is a UK-based student named Karina Kubiliute. Reddit users noticed that both Kartik and Karina had shared Instagram stories featuring what appeared to be the same beach location and identical towels in the background. Around that time, Kartik Aaryan was following Karina on Instagram, though he unfollowed her shortly afterward.

While Karina was quick to clarify the rumours as she wrote, "I don't know Kartik" as her Instagram bio, now a latest report suggests that both Kartik and this mystery girl were at the same hotel but in different rooms. Kartik and Karina were staying at the same hotel in Goa during the first week of January. HT City quoted a source saying, "Yes, Kartik and the other guest were guests at Goa's St Regis hotel at the same time earlier this week. Another source corroborated this but clarified, “The two stayed in different rooms.” When contacted, the hotel management declined to comment, citing strict privacy policies, as reported by the portal.





Curiosity among fans quickly turned into online sleuthing. Several unverified reports claimed Karina is an 18-year-old student of Lithuanian origin currently living in the UK, while others pointed to older social media posts suggesting she could be 17. As speculation intensified, netizens flooded her Instagram profile, boosting her follower count into the thousands. She currently has around 28K followers.
