Kirron Kher reveals she has been working all through her cancer treatment

Kirron Kher may have been away from the limelight while she underwent treatment for cancer, but she refused to slow down on her work.

has been regularly updating fans about her health and Kirron Kher recently shared a post on Instagram about her work from home routine.

Speaking to a news portal, the actress and MP revealed that she used to work even when she was in the hospital undergoing treatment. Kirron Kher revealed that she has been constantly in touch with people for work through her phone and that she even virtually inaugurated an oxygen plant in Chandigarh. Kirron Kher also added that she still isn’t allowed to travel anywhere, especially by air, due to her compromised immunity. Anupam Kher had previously informed fans that his wife had been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer.



Speaking about Kirron Kher’s treatment, Anupam Kher had previously told BT, “Kirron’s health is improving. It’s a tough treatment. She often says that the lockdown and COVID situation have made things difficult. Patients going through this treatment need something to distract themselves. She can’t go out or meet people, but the good part is that Kirron is on her way to better health. She is holding up fine. There are days when she is positive and then there are days when the chemotherapy impacts her state in many ways. We are all trying our best and she is doing it, too. The doctors do their job, but you have to keep your mental state strong to get past such a difficult treatment. She’s making every effort towards that, and so are we.”
