Loveyapa: Makers of Junaid Khan-Khushi Kapoor starrer to drop first song before teaser or trailer- Report

Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor are teaming up for the romantic comedy 'Loveyapa', directed by Advait Chandan. Fans are eager to witness their on-screen chemistry in the upcoming film following the title announcement last week. Now, new reports state that the makers of this movie are planning to release its first song soon without dropping a teaser or trailer.


According to Pinkvilla, 'Loveyapa' will have its first single released on January 3, ahead of any teasers or trailers. A source revealed that the on-screen pairing of Junaid and Khushi will surely leave fans in awe, and releasing a song prior to a teaser or trailer aims to showcase their new dynamic to the audience.


The film, described as a take on “love, likes, and everything in between,” was officially announced in September. At the time of the title reveal, the team shared an animated post featuring the protagonists—depicting a young woman taking a selfie. With a quirky tagline asking, "Situationship? Relationship? Love ka syapa? Ya 'Loveyapa'?” the film promises to explore contemporary romance in a humorous and heartfelt manner.

'Loveyapa' is set for a theatrical release on 7 February. The film’s narrative is said to offer a blend of charming performances, vibrant music, and striking visuals, ensuring an engaging cinematic experience for its audience.

Junaid Khan, son of Aamir Khan, made his debut last year with 'Maharaj', directed by Siddharth P. Malhotra. Meanwhile, Khushi Kapoor, Sridevi’s younger daughter, made her debut with Zoya Akhtar’s 'The Archies' in 2023.
