Lucknowi treat for Richa Chadha Ali Fazal

Ali Fazal’s family hosted a special Lucknowi evening for Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal on October 1st before the two moved to Mumbai for their grand Bollywood reception.


The very intimate evening had very close friends and family members in attendance. The evening began with a Qawwali performance by the Sabri Brothers of Rajasthan. Quintessential Awadhi cuisine was also the highlight. The menu comprised Shahi tukda, Galouti, Murgh musalam and Mooradabadi dal. The food was meticulously prepared by Lebua, a heritage family run hotel in centre of Lucknow with special dishes being prepared by Mahmoodabadi, another traditional family run catering company that honours cuisine peculiar to the region.
