Atul Srivastava has been riding high with the success of his latest outing 'Stree' with stars Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi and Aparshakti Khurana in leading roles. Shrivastava, who played the comical role of Rajkummar’s on-screen father will be back to his daddy duties once again in the upcoming Kriti Sanon and Kartik Aaryan film '

The character actor, who seems to be becoming Bollywood's favourite "daddy", with his roles as Salman Khan's father in 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' and Divyendu Sharma's dad in 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu', will once again play a fatherly figure in the coming romantic flick.




When asked about his character he said in a statement, “My character in the film is that of a very broad-minded and friendly father who talks to his son about everything. But, he is still protective of him and makes sure that he is on the right path.”


The team is currently in

Gwalior

shooting for the film directed by Laxman Uthhekar.
