Madhuri Dixit rents her office space in Mumbai for Rs 3 lakh per month: Report

Madhuri Dixit has entered the real estate industry by renting her Mumbai office space in Andheri West. Bollywood celebrities have started a trend in the industry to secure additional earnings with this new move. Madhuri has rented out her 1,594.24 square feet office space in Andheri West to a private company. The deal, finalized on November 13, includes a Rs 9 lakh security deposit. The monthly rent is Rs 3 lakh for the first year and will increase to Rs 3.15 lakh in the second year, ensuring steady earnings for the actress.


This ongoing trend of Bollywood celebrities investing in real estate continues to generate high returns. Numerous celebrities have invested in the previous year, highlighting the rising popularity of real estate investments among the elite in the industry. In a similar vein, Shahid Kapoor recently made headlines when he got Rs 20 lakh a month to rent out his lavish apartment in Worli, Mumbai.

In addition, the 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' actress has also grabbed attention with her purchase of a luxurious apartment in Mumbai's exclusive Lower Parel. Situated in the high-end Indiabulls Blue project, the property reportedly cost Rs 48 crore. Spanning an impressive 5,384 square feet on the 53rd floor, the apartment also has stunning city views and includes seven reserved car parking spaces.
