Mahesh Bhatt wants his grand-daughter Raha Kapoor to WATCH this film of his, says his gaze has now shifted from Alia Bhatt to Raha

Mahesh Bhatt is known to be one of the best film-makers in the country with a number of hard-hitting stories which he has brought on celluloid. Interestingly, many of his movies were inspired from his own life experiences and he beautifully brought them to screen - be it Shabana Azmi starrer 'Arth', to Ajay Devgn's 'Zakhm'. In a recent interview, Bhatt revealed the film of his which he wants his grand daughter, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's daughter Raha to watch.

Bhatt is elated to be a grandpa now and admits that now his gaze has shifted from Alia to Raha. He said during a chat with India Today, "When I became a grandpa, I woke up to what the entire world has been feeling since the dawn of time."

He further added, "There is already this wonder of your child, hardly have you recovered from the astounding achievement of your child, who is magical, and now one more dimension has been added to her life and that is of motherhood. Not only is she an astounding actor, but now she is also her mother. Then you have a gift from the skies come out of nowhere… To be brutally honest, the gaze then shifts towards the grandchild. Doting on her a little more. Children have that kind of power, to draw you in completely."

Bhatt said he would want Raha to watch his film 'Dil Hai Ke Maanta Nahi'. "It is one of my most heartwarming films, where Pooja and Aamir were fantastic. It was a film that had the resonance of human heart. A film like that would be the right one for her to watch. Also, Hum Hain Rahi Pyaar Ke. It is a different kind of a love story."
