On Saturday, September 13, the actress was seen in Mumbai engaging with sales staff while securing her brand-new dark grey Range Rover, valued at approximately Rs 3 crore. Despite her casual attire, Malaika caught everyone’s eye, with photos and videos gaining popularity on social media and fans applauding her exquisite taste.



Profitable sale of Andheri apartment

Reportedly, Malaika sold her luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Andheri West for Rs 5.3 crore. The sale was completed in August 2025 and is recorded in official property documents. The apartment, which includes one car parking space, has a carpet area of 1,369 sq. ft. and a built-up area of 1,643 sq. ft. She bought the property in March 2018 for Rs 3.26 crore. This means she made a profit of Rs 2.04 crore, which is about a 62% increase in value over seven years. The deal also included stamp duty of Rs 31.08 lakh and registration fees of Rs 30,000.

Malaika Arora started her career as a video jockey. She later became a model and appeared in many ads and music videos, including the popular song "Gur Naalo Ishq Mitha" with Jas Arora. She became famous for her dance performance in the song "Chaiyya Chaiyya" from the 1998 movie ‘Dil Se’.
