Malavika Mohanan: Love being in Delhi

Malavika Mohanan, who walked the ramp for Raghavendra Rathore at the grand finale of

DTFW

, told us all about her love for Delhi. She said, “I’ve always loved Delhi. It is a special feeling to come back here. I love being in the city.”

When asked about her favourite spots in the city, she added, “This might be a very mainstream answer, but whenever I’m here, I love going to Humayun’s Tomb. Going there in the evening and watching the sky and the birds is amazing.”

Malavika walked at DTFW for the second time. Talking about what fashion means to her, she shared, “I don’t blindly follow trends. For me, fashion needs to be an extension of who I am. But at the same time, I want to be comfortable. I cannot put myself in severe discomfort for more than an hour – for the sake of fashion.”
