apartment.

The actress, who has been carving her niche in international cinema, was not the only one who was attacked. Her boyfriend,

, was also apparently assaulted. Grapevine suggest that the attackers then ran away, leaving a shocked Ms

Sherawat

and her friend to call the emergency services.

Currently a criminal investigation is underway, where detectives are working on the theory that the assailants were attempting a robbery.

France, that is still under a state of emergency after the terrorist attack, is suffering greatly because of the increasing violence that has seen tourist numbers plummeting.
