, in the upcoming Sanjay Dutt biopic. When asked what she remembered from the time when she worked with him in films like 'Yalgaar' (1992) 'Kartoos' (1999) and 'Khauff' (2002), Manisha said, “The Baba I know is all heart. He was a prankster and always happy. Even though I worked with him in a number of films, many aspects of his life were unknown to me.”

However she reminisced how Sanjay Dutt’s father, Sunil Dutt had paid her compliment when he had seen her film Bombay (1995). She said, “I am honoured to play the role of Sanjay Dutt’s mother. In fact when Bombay had released Dutt saab had said that I look like Nargis Dutt ji.”

The actress was last seen in 'Dear Maya' and will next star in A R Rahman’s debut production, ‘99 Songs’
