Meera Chopra says Priyanka Chopra will be a ‘super mom’ to her baby girl

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas made the announcement of the year when they shared the news about their baby’s birth. The couple turned parents through surrogacy. Revealing the special news through social media Priyanka and Nick had shared, “We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family.Thank you so much.” Priyanka and Nick were showered with love on social media. Priyanka's cousin Meera Chopra told a news portal that the ‘Krrish’ actress always wanted to have kids. An elated Meera also added that Priyanka is going to be a super mom to her baby girl and that the whole family is very proud of the actress.

Recently Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas fielded divorce rumours after the actress dropped ‘Jonas' from her name on her Instagram handle. Reacting to the speculations, Priyanka had told BT, "I don’t know! I wanted the username to match my Twitter, I guess. I just find it really amusing that everything becomes such a huge deal to people! It’s social media, guys. Just chill out!" Priyanka and Nick had tied the knot in December 2018 at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur. The couple had two wedding ceremonies - Hindu and Christian.

On the work front, Priyanka was last seen in ‘The Matrix Resurrections’. Up next, she will be seen playing the lead in ‘Jee Le Zaraa’, co-starring Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif. This road trip drama will be directed by Farhan Akhtar.
