Before Bollywood and the world at large was brought to a grinding halt, Sara Ali Khan was one buy lady, juggling her time between film sets of ‘Coolie No. 1’ and her next ‘Atrangi Re’.
With the lockdown weighing down heavy on the actress, who was so used to bustling around town dealing with work and personal commitments, she took to social media to reminisce her time doing what she loves.

While she may be an actress, she says that the lockdown has turned her into many things, including a cook, cleaner, annoying sister among many other things, but most of all ‘a hopeful human’.

“Missing being a #working #woman on a #working #Wednesday. But for now- I’m a cook, cleaner, binge tv watcher, nerdy reader, annoying sister, needy daughter, a responsible citizen and hopeful human. #stayhome #staysafe #staypositive,” she captioned the photo that saw her posing with clapperboards of her five films – ‘Kedarnath’, ‘Simmba’, ‘Love Aaj Kal’, ‘Coolie No. 1’ and ‘Atrangi Re’.
Meanwhile, as the film industry gets ready to pick itself back up and get the economy going, it was reported that production houses are doing their bit to maintain precautionary measures and follow internal safety guidelines, approved by government authorities, as and when the lockdown is lifted.
It has been reported that Sara's film with Varun Dhawan, 'Coolie No. 1' is ready for its release, but it will take a while before it makes its way to theatres. Meanwhile the actress is also waiting to start work on her next with Akshay Kumar and Dhanush 'Atrangi Re'.
