Name change got this model a Bhansali film

Model Kajal Joshi believes that her name change to Kaajal Vashisht got her a role in a Sanjay Leela Bhansali production.
A lot of people tend to change names in the Industry including some of the top actors of Bollywood. Some do it for money and some for fame but here’s a girl who changed her surname just for herself and fortune knocked at her door.
Kaajal Vashisht, earlier famous as Kajal Joshi added a letter to her name and changed her surname for her own peace.“Back home we have a guruji whom we believe and trust. I had been modeling for years now but my focus was always the camera. He asked me to change my surname and add a letter to my name on a specific date and month. He said that would bring me peace. I did what he asked me to do and within a span of two weeks I got a call from Sanjay Leela Bhansali Productions for a nice character role. I cannot reveal my exact character in the film but I am playing the role of a trustworthy friend of the main lead who is an A-Lister of the Industry”, says a happy go lucky Kaajal who certainly found peace with such a break.
Kaajal now wants to focus mainly on television and movies. A known model (as Kajal Joshi), she did a lot of ramp shows for many renowned brands across the country. Her glam look also fetched her lot of international shows as well.
“I got a lot of ramp shows and recognition as a model when I was Kajal Joshi, now I hope my hard work and commitment fetches me good roles too in the name of Kaajal Vashisht”, winks the stunning model.
