Nawazuddin Siddiqui: I enjoy romantic scenes because I didn't get to experience it in life

Nawazuddin Siddiqui will soon be seen romancing Neha Sharma in ‘Jogira Sara Ra Ra’ and the duo recently kickstarted the film’s promotions. At an event, Nawazuddin was asked about doing romantic scenes onscreen and the actor had a rather hilarious reaction to it.

Leaving the audience in splits, Nawazuddin jokingly said, “Who doesn’t like romance? If we don’t get it in real life, then we make do with it in films. Our business is all about feelings and emotions. I enjoy romantic scenes because I didn't get to experience it in life. I am getting to do it in films, that is enough for me. I am an actor and I feel it all.” Taking a dig at his personal life turmoil with estranged wife Aaliya, Nawazuddin added, “I don't know what is happening in my real and reel life, things have become so blur.”

Nawazuddin Siddiqui had recently slammed Aaliya and his brother Shamas Nawab Siddiqui with a defamation case for leveling serious allegations against him. Later, it was reported that the actor will withdraw the case and has opted for a divorce settlement with Aaliya. “Divorce will happen, that’s for sure and I will also be fighting for the custody of both my kids. Nawaz has also filed for custody but I will not let that happen. Both my kids want to stay with me and don’t want to live with him,” Aaliya had told ETimes.
