Neena Gupta opened up about the same. Seven months after announcing their trial separation, Masaba and
Madhu mutually filed for divorce in a family court in Mumbai.
Neena Gupta shared that the decision came as a shock to her and opened up about the advice she gave to her daughter.
She told Masaba, like any normal mother, to not take any decision in a rush. Neena asked her to think about it because she and her husband both loved Madhu and still love him. Neena added that she feels Madhu is a very nice man and they still love him. Neena said that Madhu and Masaba thought about it, but it was a very big shock to her.
