Neeti doesn't believe in taking shortcuts in life

Neeti Mohan's journey in the industry has been awe-inspiring. From being part of the band Aasma, she is now one of India's most noteworthy singers. "People in the music industry are very professional and helpful. I really felt encouraged at every point because I met good people and got inspiration from them. Life has come full circle for me now and it hasn't happened without hard work," she told a daily in an interview.

Talking of the secret sauce of success, she added, "One should never stop practising.People who participate in a reality show, get a chance to train with big singers. The moment they stop practising after the show is over, their skill goes down certain notches. Everyone has to work hard, there is no short-cut. If you keep working hard there are a lot of musicians on a lookout for new voices."
