took to her Instagram handle and fondly remembered later
Rishi Kapoor on his death anniversary today. Rishi Kapoor left for his heavenly abode in 2020 after fighting a long battle with leukemia.
Neetu Kapoor penned down an emotional note with a video and called their journey of 45 years. She wrote, “Today is two years since rishi ji left us … loosing a partner of 45 years was difficult n painful at that time the only way to heal my heart was to keep myself mentally occupied .. Movie n television heldped me achieve that rishiji will always be remembered n will stay in everyone’s heart forever (sic)”.
In the video, Neetu is seen breaking down as she opened up about how everything reminds her of Rishi Kapoor. She shared that everyone she meets, has some related linked to Rishi ji that often makes her miss him a lot.

Riddhima Kapoor Sahni
has also put up a precious throwback picture of herself with her father. The picture features little Riddhima posing with Rishi ji as he held her in his arms.
Mourning the loss of her beloved father, Riddhima wrote in the caption of the post, “Papa” and summed up with a heart emoji.
On the other hands, tributes for Kapoor have started pouring in from all quarters, including fans, friends and other family members including Alia Bhatt and Soni Razdan on social media.
On the work front, Rishi Kapoor was last seen in his swansong ‘Sharmaji Namkeen’.
