Farhan Akhtar shared the first look from his upcoming film, ‘
Toofan
’ which is directed by
Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. In the film, he will be seen playing the role of a boxer. But his look didn’t go down well with the netizens.
In the past, Farhan was making it to the headlines for his statements over supporting the anti-Citizenship Amendment Protests. He even was seen leading the protests at the August Kranti Maidan in Mumbai.
Now, twitteratis are demanding a ban on Farhan’s movie due to his comments on the same issue. They have even started trending

on Twitter. The team of ‘Toofan’ hasn’t yet commented on the same. One of the users wrote, “Dear Hindu Byocut This Movie because he Supports Jihadis...... Remember he was speaking against CAA Which is most important for Hindu . Ye pure Hindustan par jihadiyo ka Raj chahata h. #BoycottToofan”
Another user wrote, “When life gets harder, you should just support your country from heart and shouldnt get involved in negative publicity. Toofan uthega nahi, toofan thamne ka time aya hai abhi sir ji ������#BoycottToofan #Toofan”
