Patiala House Court
ruled that all four death row convicts Mukesh, Vinay Sharma, Akshay Singh and Pawan Gupta, in the 2012 Nirbhaya gang-rape case will be hanged on 22ND January at 7 AM in
Tihar jail
. The order was pronounced by Additional Sessions Judge Satish Kumar Arora who issued death warrants against them. The convicts' lawyer AP Singh said that they will file a curative petition in the Supreme Court.
