Salman Khan, who’s played Vinod Khanna’s son in blockbusters like ‘Wanted’ and ‘Dabangg’ paid a visit last night to check on the veteran actor’s health.

Vinod Khanna had been admitted to Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital, Mumbai on Sunday, April 2, 2017 due to severe dehydration.

After a picture of Vinod Khanna from the hospital made the rounds on the Internet; many Bollywood actors came out to support the actor in his time of illness.

Irrfan Khan, in a passionate statement, even offered to donate any of his organs, if needed.He said, "My good wishes and prayers with him. I hope he gets well soon. If needed, I'll donate one of my organs to him. I think he is the most beautiful person in the entire industry."

The actor’s son Rahul Khanna informed PTI, "Dad was hospitalised for severe dehydration. The situation was quickly brought under control, he’s doing much better and the doctors are looking to discharge him soon. Our family is most grateful for the extraordinary care he’s been receiving at the hospital and we are touched by all the good wishes pouring in."

Also post the hoax about actor Vinod Khanna’s deteriorating health condition, the spokesperson of Sir HN Reliance Foundation hospital issued a statement where he said, "He is under the care of our doctors and has responded positively to the treatment and is now stable. His family thanks his well-wishers for the good wishes and requests to respect their privacy."
