Since its release in August, the film has shattered several box office records, and Tamannaah has garnered praise and a positive response from audiences specially for her dance number.

Recently, Navdeep Singh, who won gold in javelin throw at the Paris Paralympics 2024, shared his thoughts on his favorite film, 'Stree 2', and praised Tamannaah's item number in the movie. In the podcast, Shubhankar Mishra asked Navdeep Singh about his favorite Bollywood movie, to which he replied, "Stree 2." When Mishra inquired if it was because he liked Shraddha Kapoor, Navdeep humorously said, "No," and instead mentioned Tamannaah Bhatia. The host playfully sang a song 'Aaj ki raat maza husn ka aankhon se lijiye' from 'Stree 2', to which Navdeep responded, "Liya fir mene." Mishra joked that during the interview with Vijay Verma, the actor will say to him, "Bauth maar marege," to which Navdeep joked, "Ab hum kya kare, sir? Woh khud hi dikha rahi thi."

'Aaj Ki Raat' has become a popular hit, known for its catchy beats and lively performances. Composed by Sachin-Jigar and sung by Madhubanti Bagchi, the song has made a big splash since its release, adding to the success of 'Stree 2'.

Tamannaah was last seen in 'Vedaa'. Directed by Nikkhil Advani, the film featured John Abraham and Sharvari Wagh in lead roles.
