After months of speculation and drama, the much-loved Hera Pheri franchise is officially back on track—with Paresh Rawal returning as the iconic Babu Bhaiya. The veteran actor, who had earlier exited the project amid a reported legal dispute with Akshay Kumar, has now confirmed that all issues have been resolved. With the original trio set to reunite, fans can finally gear up for the laughter riot that Hera Pheri 3 promises to be.
Speaking about the controversy, Paresh emphasized in a podcast at The Himanshu Mehta Show, the importance of staying mindful when working on something beloved by audiences. He said that when a project is loved by so many, it becomes a responsibility to treat it with extra care. “You can’t take things for granted,” he stressed, adding that the team must work hard and deliver something truly worthwhile for the fans.

With a chuckle, he also shared that while the film was always on the cards, sometimes a bit of “fine-tuning” is needed among team members. He highlighted that everyone involved—be it Priyadarshan, Akshay Kumar, or Suniel Shetty—are creative minds and long-time friends, which makes collaboration both exciting and occasionally challenging.
