Prabhas marked the festive occasion of
Makar Sankranti in the most special manner. The actor, who is busy shooting for ‘Radhe Shyam’, decided to treat his team with a special gift. Prabhas gifted watches to the unit members of ‘Radhe Shyam’ and was showered with love for his sweet gesture.
‘Radhe Shyam’ marks the first ever collaboration of Prabhas and
Pooja Hegde. The film’s shoot was postponed due to the lockdown but the team managed to wrap a month-long schedule in Italy and returned to India in November. The period love story has also been shot in Georgia and Hyderabad. Speaking about her role in the film, Pooja had told Mumbai Mirror, “My character is not the mythological Radha, we have just been inspired by the iconic lovers.”
‘Radhe Shyam’ is directed by
Radha Krishna Kumar and narrates a heart-wrenching love story set in Paris in the 1980s. The multi-lingual film is produced by Vamsi, Pramod and Praseedha under UV Creations. ‘Radhe Shyam’ also features Bhagyashree, Priyadarshi, Sachin Khedekar,
Murli Sharma,
Sasha Chettri
, Kunaal Roy Kapur and Sathya in pivotal roles.
