pedometers
on our phones even if some don’t have other fitness tracking devices. It is ideal to make the most of that phone pedometer.”

When we asked Prachee about how she is planning her fitness regime in these festive months, she said, “During this ongoing festive season, I believe in keeping a balance between the intake of food and exercising, and monitoring what you are eating and burning extra calories.
