Prateik Patil Babbar and Priya Banerjee set to tie the knot on Valentine's Day 2025

Prateik Patil Babbar is set to marry Priya Banerjee on the most romantic day of the year—Valentine’s Day. The couple, who made their relationship Instagram-official last year, has decided to celebrate their love with a dreamy wedding on February 14, 2025. According to reports, the intimate ceremony will be held at Prateik’s residence in Bandra, with close friends and family in attendance. Since their engagement in November 2023, both have been eagerly anticipating this special occasion.

Prateik, the son of veteran actor Raj Babbar and late actress Smita Patil, has made a name for himself in Bollywood with notable performances in films such as 'Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na' and 'Chhichhore'. Currently, the couple has not yet announced their wedding details, and further information regarding the guest list and other specifics is still awaited. Pratik recently changed his name and added his mother's surname. Thus he's now called Prateik Patil Babbar.

Last year, Prateik shared his excitement about his relationship with Priya Banerjee during an interview with Bombay Times. He said, "We have butterflies in our stomachs, it’s all exciting. It is going to feel like a mature Valentine’s Day. We are engaged now, so it is exciting."

When asked about their wedding plans last year, Priya Banerjee mentioned that given their impulsive nature, it could happen at any moment—whether tomorrow or in five years. She expressed that they have discussed marriage and are ready for it, saying, "So, hereon, it could be any minute."

Prateik was previously married to Sanya Sagar, but the couple decided to part ways in January 2023 after four years of marriage.
