The film 'Koi Mil Gaya', starring Preity Zinta and Hrithik Roshan, celebrated its 20th anniversary on August 8. The movie was a box office success and was recently re-released in theaters. Lead actress Preity Zinta reminisced about her first day on set and shared some personal anecdotes from the filming.

In a conversation with ANI, Preity Zinta revealed that she plays the title track of Koi Mil Gaya for her twins, Gia and Jai, to help them fall asleep She said, "It helps calm them down." The actress also referred to her children as "Jadoo (magic)" and shared this personal anecdote about her children's bedtime during the film's 20th anniversary.

The actress also recalled her first day of shooting for 'Koi Mil Gaya'. She said, "I was irritated that Hrithik was late and suddenly someone tapped on my shoulder, I turned to see and it was Hrithik in Rohit's look."

She also revealed that his co-actor Hrithik was unrecognisable and she was surprised to know that he was present on the set all along.

Apart from 'Koi Mil Gaya', the duo worked in film like 'Lakshya' and 'Mission Kashmir' together.

Preity Zinta shared her experience of working on 'Koi Mil Gaya,' expressing that she will always treasure the movie as it celebrates friendship. She told ANI,"I worked on it with my friend Hrithik and all the wonderful people like Rakesh Ji, Rekha ma'am, and all the lovely kids."

She further added about the fun while shooting the film's track 'Idhar Chala Mai Udhar Chala' with Hrithik as they groove to the beats carefree in the rain.
