Preity Zinta reveals what she loves and loathes about Mumbai

Read on to find out
Ever since she married US citizen Gene Goodenough in 2016, Preity Zinta has been shuttling between India and America. The actress, who co-owns a cricketing team and is also occasionally seen in movies — her next is the Sunny Deol-starrer, ‘Bhaiaji Superhit’ — says that she has adjusted to life abroad, though she misses certain aspects of life in Mumbai.

Talking to a daily, Preity said that life has been good after marriage. Unlike the lazy weekends back home in India, she shared that she is more active and “out in the sun” during holidays in LA.

Also, though away from home, Preity said that she makes it a point to celebrate all Indian festivals, including Ganesh Chaturthi, with fervour. However, she said that she misses visiting friends unannounced, as in the US, even pals meet each other after taking proper appointments. While she doesn’t miss the traffic snarls of Mumbai, Preity said that she longs for the city’s street food.

Meanwhile, ‘Bhaiaji Superhit’ , directed by Neerraj Pathak, features Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta along with Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade, Ameesha Patel, Sanjay Mishra, Brijendra Kala, Jaydeep Alahwat, Mukul Dev, Pankaj Tripathi and Pankaj Jha.
