Nawazuddin Siddiqui has recently been making news for his upcoming movie, which is reportedly a 90’s thriller. Though the title of the movie has not been revealed, the details related to the female lead are out. Opposite Nawazuddin, Marathi actress Priya Bapat will be seen on the silver screen.
Known for projects like ‘City of Dreams,’ ‘Aamhi Doghi,’ ‘Happy Journey’ and more, Priya Bapat recently revealed that she felt like the part of the untitled 90’s thriller right from the day she heard the narration.
She expressed her excitement about the project and called it all things gripping. On top of that, starring alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui is an added advantage. She called working with the ‘Badlapur’ actor a learning experience every day. Since the genre is of the 90s, according to the actress the movie has an extra layer of nostalgia. The actress added that she can’t wait to bring
the project to life.
On the same hand, the director of the movie Sejal Shah is also excited about this fresh pairing. According to Shah, Priya has brought authenticity to her work, and her pairing with Nawazuddin is all things unique.
Meanwhile, the film is underway in Mumbai under the direction of Sejal Shah. The schedule is said to be of 40 days. Besides Shah, the national award-winning writer Bhavesh is also a part of the project. He is the one who has worked on the screenplay of the movie, which reportedly will have a perfect dose of drama, suspense, and nostalgia.
